Homeward Bath accessible tubs and steam showers are certified under ETL, UPC and CSA regulations for plumbing and electrical. We are currently the only shower company with certified water controls. Customer service is our top priority and our knowledgeable and courteous team’s goal is to make the purchase and installation process as easy and stress-free as possible.


How long do I have to report any missing parts?

All missing or damaged parts should be reported as soon as possible.  However, we will support any requests with in  30 days of purchase.  


What is the warranty on Homeward Bath tubs, showers, and generators?

All showers, tubs, and generators are under a 3 year warranty.  There is also a lift-time  warranty on the pFister manifolds in the showers and the door gasket on walk-in tubs.  To view full warranty, click here.


How do the units come and what should I expect when they are delivered?

All units come broken down in separate boxes and need to be assembled when ready. The only units that come fully assembled are walk-in tubs. Units are of various sizes, dimensions and weights when shipped. When receiving your shipment, you must inspect and note visual damages on delivery receipt. How can I determine the size generator that I will need?

(LxWxH) x 2 inches to accommodate materials used or outside walls. If your cubed feet is on the border between two sizes, go up to the bigger unit.
